Swifty3PL respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws, and we may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@swifty3pl.com that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Submitting a false or bad-faith notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Only submit a notice if you are the rights holder or authorized to act for one.
